In the wake of the decision made by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to not award a casino license to the Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. (IOC), Pittsburgh Penguins majority owner Mario Lemieux said Thursday that the team is now “off the market,” according to CBC.ca
